Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · [COMPANY LEGAL ENTITY NAME]
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Publish or promote content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Misrepresent your identity or brand, or optimise visibility for a brand or domain you do not control or lack authority to represent.
- Track domains or publish to CMS properties you do not own or have permission to operate on.
- Attempt to manipulate AI engines through deception — including serving materially different content to crawlers than to humans outside the Service's verified same-source rendering.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure or other customers' workspaces.
- Use the Service for [REGULATED CATEGORIES REQUIRING REVIEW, e.g. medical, financial, or legal advice] content without the human review your regulator requires.
2. Your Inputs
The Service plans and generates from the information you provide — your business description, ideal customer profile, goals, tone, and competitor list. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of those inputs. Inaccurate competitor lists or business descriptions will produce content and benchmarks that reflect those inaccuracies.
3. Automated Output
Automated content and technical fixes are provided as-is. Rollback tooling is available for automated fixes, and regression checks run after each action, but automated output is not guaranteed to be error-free and rollback is not guaranteed to restore every prior state. You are responsible for monitoring content published under your brand and for using manual review modes where your context requires them.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate this policy, with notice where practicable. Report abuse to [ABUSE CONTACT EMAIL].
